On Tuesday, 5 August
2003, around 12.45 pm local time, a bomb exploded in the compound
of JW Marriott Hotel located at the Mega Kuningan Business District,
Jakarta, in which some innocent people were victimized and critically
injured.
According
to the police authorities in Jakarta, as of 07 August 2003, the
number of foreigners who were victims of the bombing (the deceased
and the injured victims) is 12 people, with the detail as follows:
