A
single entry Social-Culture Visa is valid if presented within 3 (three)
months from the date of issuance. It will be granted to conduct socio-culture
activities (family gathering, education, sport, etc.) A Social Culture
Visa could be extended in Indonesia and could be converted into a Temporary
Stay Visa.
REQUIREMENTS:

Application
form must be completed in duplicate with two passport size photographs
(2x2 inch).

Passport must
be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.

A cover
letter from the Australian sponsor (e.g. the employer, education
institution) and/or a similar letter from the institution/people
in Indonesia, explaining the position
of the applicant, the purpose of the visit and the duration of stay.
If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the availability of funds to
cover living expenses while in Indonesia.

A single entry
social visit visa will be issued for up to 60 (sixty) days.

A copy of
the airline ticket/itinerary from the travel agent.

Visa fee A$
60.00 and has to be made in money order or company cheque
payable to the Indonesian Embassy.

It requires
at least 3 (three) working days to process the visa.

Payment of
the visa administration fee does not guarantee that the application
will be successful.
