VISA FREE FOR SHORT VISIT

 

A 30 (thirty) days Visa Free for a Short Visit is currently granted at any Immigration Check Point for citizens from the following countries:

1. Thailand
2. Malaysia
3. Singapore
4. Brunei Darussalam
5. Philippines
6. Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (Hong Kong SAR)
7. Macao Special Administrative Region (Macao SAR)
8. Chile
9. Morocco
10. Peru
11. Vietnam

This type of visa cannot be extended, transferred or converted to any other kind of visa; nor can it be used as a working permit

 

REQUIREMENTS:

1. The original passport with at least 6 (six) months validity from the date of arrival in Indonesia.
2. A return ticket.
3. If deemed necessary, a guarantee of the availability of funding to cover living expenses while in Indonesia.
4. The facility of Visa Free for Short Visit is granted for holders of ordinary, diplomatic and official passports from the above-mentioned nationalities.

Please be advised that the decision to grant permission to enter Indonesian territory is at the discretion of the Immigration officers at the Port of entry.
