SERVICE VISA

 

        Service Visa is given to foreign nationals bearing an official/service passport, on assignment to Indonesia for non-diplomatic purposes. Requests for a Service Visa must be submitted through an Indonesian Diplomatic Mission abroad, by fulfilling the requirements. It takes at least 3 (three) working days to process a single entry visa. For a certain assignment, visa will be issued after obtaining the necessary approval.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Application form must be completed in duplicate with two passport size photographs (2X2 inch).
  2. Diplomatic note from the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade of Australia and or official letter from the relevant government department in the foreign country confirming the person's assignment as non-diplomatic in nature, explaining the position of the applicant and duration of stay in Indonesia.
  3. An invitation letter from the Indonesian counterpart is required.
  4. Official passport must be valid for at least 6 (six) months after the date of entry.
